EY is seeking a Financial Services Technology Consulting Manager in New York to lead product and business analysis workstreams for private markets within Wealth & Asset Management. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape product vision, define capabilities, and drive delivery across multiple client engagements.

You will guide teams through discovery to implementation, manage scope and risks, and ensure high-quality execution with agile delivery practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in product management, product analysis, business analysis, or technology consulting within financial services or asset management.
• Proven ability to lead teams or workstreams through multiple phases of delivery.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product analysis and business analysis workstreams from discovery through implementation, managing scope, deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Define business outcomes, product vision, target capabilities, and roadmap priorities with senior client stakeholders.
• Plan and lead executive interviews, design workshops and decision-making sessions across fund operations and technology.
• Oversee current-state and target-state design across fundraising, deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting.
• Translate strategic needs into product roadmaps, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Own backlog quality and prioritization in partnership with product owners.
• Lead business process design and data modeling activities across private markets domains.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, engineering and data leads to evaluate solution options.
• Lead testing strategy and user acceptance testing; ensure readiness and sign-off.
