• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–8 years in product/BA or technology consulting in financial services.
• Experience leading teams or workstreams through multiple product/tech delivery phases.
• Strong analytical, communication and technical writing skills.

• Lead product and business analysis workstreams from discovery through implementation.
• Define business outcomes, product vision and roadmap priorities with senior client stakeholders.
• Plan, execute and facilitate interviews, design workshops and decision sessions across functions.
• Oversee data modeling, mapping, and transformation activities for private markets domains.
• Coach Senior Consultants and ensure quality across deliverables.
