Job summary

EY is seeking a Wealth Management Consultant to shape client strategies and transform operations across complex engagements. You will lead projects that blend consulting rigor with wealth management expertise, delivering measurable impact while strengthening EY's advisory reputation.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in processes, data management, and technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, CS or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in consulting, industry, or service provider roles.
• 5-9 years of relevant experience with wealth management exposure.
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformations and Agile.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative wealth management projects for clients and EY.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Scope and size projects, manage delivery workstreams, and RAID logs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate tasks.
• Travel to client sites as needed and participate in in-person EY work.
