Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned product and business analyst for our Wealth and Asset Management Technology practice in the US. You will lead analysis workstreams, shape product vision, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to modernize operating models and data platforms.

The role spans strategy, requirements leadership, data design, agile delivery and coaching of junior staff, with a focus on private markets and investment platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product analysis, business analysis or technology consulting in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead teams through multiple product/technology delivery phases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and business analysis workstreams from discovery through implementation.
• Define business outcomes, roadmap priorities and measurable success criteria.
• Plan executive interviews, design workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Oversee current-state and target-state designs across fundraising, deal execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Translate needs into product roadmaps, epics, features and user stories.
• Ensure backlog quality and prioritize in partnership with product owners.
• Lead data modeling, mapping, and testing strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, engineering and data leads for alignment.
• Coach Senior Consultants and Consultants and support program leadership.
• Support business development and EY asset/product knowledge sharing.
