Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/IS/finance and 5+ years in related work; or graduate degree with 4+ years.
Responsibilities
- Lead client and engineering teams to design and implement scalable technology solutions for wealth and asset management.
- Lead agile pods — daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog prioritization and PI planning.
- Serve in product management roles ensuring alignment between business goals, user stories and technical execution.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, and data teams to build integration layers across portfolio management and reporting systems.
- Lead modernization and migration from legacy to cloud-based solutions.
- Apply DevOps practices to accelerate platform delivery.
