Job summary

EY Wealth and Asset Management Technology practice is seeking a business/product analyst to support private equity and alternative investments clients as they modernize product capabilities, operating processes, data and technology platforms.

You will work with client product owners, operations teams, investment professionals, finance stakeholders, designers, architects and engineers to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, information systems, computer science, engineering or a related field and 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
Experience as a business analyst or product owner in financial services or consulting.
Experience supporting at least one phase of the product or technology delivery lifecycle.
Ability to create high-quality requirements, process documents, user stories and client presentations.
Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

Own analysis and delivery activities for defined product or business workstreams.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs and requirements workshops.
Document current-state and future-state processes, requirements and acceptance criteria.
Translate business needs into product capabilities and backlog.
Develop source-to-target mappings and data models support.
Prepare client-ready materials and project updates.
Contribute to EY practice development with reusable assets and knowledge sharing.
