Plante Moran in the United States is seeking a Director of Wealth Management Technology within the Technology Services department to align IT with Wealth Management strategies and drive innovation at scale. You will help shape the enterprise IT roadmap and ensure delivery excellence across the practice.

Leading a dedicated product and delivery team, you will oversee portfolio governance, budget planning, and stakeholder communications, while coaching talent and advancing technology-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in technology or business.
• 15+ years in technology roles, with mix of consulting and internal IT.
• 5+ years of leadership in innovation, strategy and delivery.
• Wealth Management domain experience in technology leadership preferred.
• Experience with Product Management Operating Model and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to create strategy, roadmaps, and delivery excellence.
• Strong interpersonal, communications, and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Wealth Management to align strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Lead portfolio of ideas, products, projects from envisioning to delivery and operations.
• Build and guide a dedicated Wealth Management product management and delivery team.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure value-delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor emerging tech and market changes to spot opportunities or risks.
• Provide strategic oversight with Project and Product Managers to accelerate delivery.
• Oversee IT investment planning and resource forecasting with transparency.
