Job summary

Plante Moran seeks a strategic Product Manager to shape technology-enabled audit delivery. You will own one or more Audit products, define vision and roadmap, and partner across Assurance, technology, data, UX, and methodology to translate practitioner needs into scalable solutions.

You bring 5+ years in product management, strong customer discovery, and data-driven decision skills. This role supports an operating model transformation and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in audit technology, accounting software, or workflow software.
Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
Experience with discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, and value measurement.

Responsibilities

Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Assurance goals.
Own and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by impact and value.
Lead customer discovery with audit partners and teams to identify pain points.
Monitor market trends in audit tech, analytics, and AI; use KPIs to guide decisions.
Partner with engineering, data, UX, platform, and vendor teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Create clarity across stakeholders regarding priorities, ownership, and success measures.
Champion modern product practices including discovery, experimentation, and value measurement.
