Job summary

You will lead end-to-end technology delivery, align with program objectives, and work across risk, compliance, product and engineering to shape the technology roadmap.

You will mentor teams, translate complex requirements into actionable designs, manage risks and timelines, and ensure governance while delivering solutions that support WM clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for WMMT objectives.
• Collaborate with WM Risk, WM Compliance, product, and engineering to define and execute the Technology Roadmap.
• Coordinate with peers to manage project pipelines from discovery to implementation.
• Engage with developers, scrum masters, and product owners in planning, sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Deliver technical and client-facing support and escalate project issues when needed.
