Wintrust Financial Corporation seeks a Senior Vice President, Director Wealth Business Technology Officer to lead the technology vision and execution for the Wealth Management business line, including Wintrust Investments, Private Trust, Great Lakes Advisors, and Chicago Deferred Exchange Company.

The role partners with executive leadership to drive digital transformation, data analytics, and AI-driven innovation, ensuring projects align with enterprise architecture, governance, and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
• Experience managing large-scale technology initiatives from intake to execution (including P&L).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with SDLC and quality assurance processes; proven project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution for the Wealth Management business line.
• Serve as the primary IT partner to the business unit's executive leadership team.
• Oversee portfolios of platforms, applications, and services ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Partner with Information Security and Enterprise Risk to manage risk and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate demand intake and prioritize initiatives through governance processes.
• Guide vendor/contractor/resource management and budgeting with business leaders.
