Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with tax technology exposure preferred.
• Develop product strategy, own roadmaps, and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of tax engagement workflows, compliance processes, data dependencies, or practitioner tools.
• Strong discovery, research, and user-centered design capabilities.
• Data-driven decision making using analytics, KPIs, and experiments.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile, lean, and modern product operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Tax goals.
• Own and communicate the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives by impact and value.
• Lead customer discovery with tax partners and practitioners to identify pain points.
• Monitor market trends in tax tech, analytics, and automation to guide decisions.
• Partner with engineering, data, UX, platform, and vendor teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Clarify priorities, ownership, and success measures across stakeholders.
• Mature modern product practices including discovery, adoption planning, and value measurement.
