Job summary

Plante Moran seeks a strategic Product Manager to shape technology-enabled audit delivery. You will own one or more audit products, define vision, and guide roadmaps across Assurance and technology teams.

You will partner with engineering, data, UX, and vendor teams to translate practitioner needs into scalable solutions while maturing product management practices within a broader operating model transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years in product management, preferably in audit tech or workflow software.
• Strong discovery, research, and user-centered design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned with goals.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives by impact and value.
• Lead customer discovery with audit partners and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends in audit tech, analytics, and automation; use KPIs to guide decisions.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.
