Job summary

Altruist is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a technical and workflow SME for RIAs evaluating or expanding use of the Altruist platform. You will collaborate with Client Development, Onboarding, Product, Operations, and Relationship Management to design architectures, support integrations, and enable advisors.

You’ll lead demonstrations, answer platform questions, and help implement migrations while partnering with multiple internal teams to improve advisor experiences and drive scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in RIA/wealth management tech or advisor-focused fintech.
• Proven experience in technology consulting, implementation, or sales engineering.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the full sales cycle with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Deliver customized demos and presentations for RIAs showing platform benefits.
• Answer technical and workflow questions; coordinate SMEs as needed.
• Capture advisor feedback to influence roadmap, integrations, and playbooks.
• Lead or support onboarding projects and data-maps during transitions.
• Create SOPs, training, and reference materials for new workflows.
