Job summary

Altruist is hiring a Corporate RIA Onboarding Program Lead in a hybrid role with three days in the Dallas office. You will own end‑to‑end onboarding for advisors transitioning from corporate RIA platforms to Altruist Advisors, serving as the primary relationship owner and the central point across Sales, Onboarding, Support, Operations, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in onboarding, implementation, or transitions management within financial services.
• 3+ years specifically in corporate RIA, breakaway advisor, or wirehouse transition environments.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 24 is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, single‑wave transitions, not just phased onboarding.
• Track record of setting clear processes across teams that don’t report to you.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding for Corporate RIA transitions.
• Serve as central oversight for onboarding activity — dashboards, aging items, escalations.
• Define and enforce consistent cross‑team workflows for Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and Compliance.
• Evolve onboarding playbooks and milestones as the offering matures.
• Ensure knowledge transfer between Sales and Onboarding before kickoff.
• Coach Onboarding Specialists and act as escalation point post-transition.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations on segment requirements and licensing.
