Job summary

Altruist is hiring a Sales Executive to join our Client Development team. You’ll build a deep understanding of the Altruist platform and clearly position its capabilities to financial advisors using consultative selling to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion.

You will help create predictable, scalable growth by sharing advisor feedback, meeting SLAs, and continuously improving how the team works. Location options include Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa, with compensation targeted

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an independent financial advisor, sales professional in financial services/fintech/SaaS, or consultant in financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Economics, etc.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results and achieve quarterly and annual quota while supporting the broader sales team.
• Develop deep understanding of the Altruist platform and position its features (rebalancer, Model Marketplace).
• Use consultative selling to educate advisors and guide them through the buying process to acquire, retain, and expand business.
• Capture advisor feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and meet sales service-level agreements.
• Demonstrate coachability and a growth mindset by applying feedback.
