Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our consulting organization and lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers, guiding clients through configuration, training, and successful implementation of Advyzon's wealth management platform.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, deliver product demonstrations, and help clients maximize platform capabilities while solving business and technical challenges in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years in client onboarding, implementation consulting, technical consulting, customer success, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms and business processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers using Advyzon's implementation methodology.
• Serve as the primary consulting contact throughout onboarding, building trusted client relationships.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client processes, workflows, goals, and priorities.
• Configure platform settings and assist with system setup per business requirements.
• Deliver virtual demonstrations, training, and workflow workshops to enable client self-sufficiency.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks, and keep projects on schedule.
• Document client requirements, decisions, and milestones for each engagement.
• Participate in annual conference presentations and user trainings.
