Job summary

Altruist in the United States is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide advisory firms from post-sale handoff to a launched, self-sufficient practice on the Altruist platform. You’ll own end-to-end implementations, run discovery, build plans, and train teams to operate confidently.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office, with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or client-facing operations.
• B2B financial services experience preferred.
• Understanding of RIAs and custodial transitions.

Responsibilities

• Own client implementations from post-sale through launch.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, CS, Ops, Product, Eng, Compliance.
• Run discovery before kickoff and tailor plans to each advisory firm.
• Establish ongoing relationship post-launch with clear escalation paths.
• Document seven core areas: advisor experience, client experience, account opening, funding, trading, fee billing, reporting/integrations.
• Train to client workflows, surface friction early.
• Share learnings to improve playbooks and training.
