Job summary

State Street is seeking Consultants for Wealth Management CRIMS projects to serve as subject-matter experts in implementations and upgrades at client sites. You will lead requirement analysis, configure and tune CRIMS, train clients, test workflows, and support go-live.

You will apply wealth management knowledge across projects and ensure client readiness. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, sharing best practices, educating clients on CRIMS functionality, and documenting

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2-3+ years' experience in wealth management or software delivery.
• CFA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20-40% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Wealth subject-matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Analyze and evaluate requirements while guiding the project and ensuring go-live readiness.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Monitor client requirements to identify enhancements and document product improvements.
• Support defect resolution and contribute to quality by communicating issues clearly.
