Job summary

State Street is seeking Senior Consultants for its Wealth Management practice to lead CRIMS implementations and upgrades for major clients. You will define requirements, configure the solution, train users, test workflows, and help clients go live, building strong client relationships.

Travel of 30-50% across the United States and Canada is typical; remote work from client sites is supported. A four-year degree is required, CFA is a plus, and you will join a collaborative team at State Street

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting or implementing wealth management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management practices including asset allocation and rebalancing.
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a wealth management subject-matter expert on CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Analyze and define client requirements, configure CRIMS, and prepare clients for go-live.
• Support other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Contribute to sales opportunities with requirements analysis and proofs of concept.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices.
• Capture customer feedback and document product improvements for CRIMS.
