Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an Officer for Wealth Custody and Clearing Strategy & Product Management, based in Boston or other strategic locations. You will drive strategic analysis, support end-to-end product ownership, and collaborate across technology, operations, compliance, and business development to deliver scalable wealth solutions.

You will advocate AI and analytics, manage partner roadmaps, and prepare materials for boards and executives.

Qualifications

2-5+ years in product management or related strategy roles in financial services.
Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.
Ability to learn, build, and support a complex 0-1 launch of a global wealth and custody product.
Strong presentation development and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support buildout of new product capabilities across wealth custody and clearing platforms.
Negotiate fintech partnerships to expand capabilities and speed time-to-market.
Champion AI and analytics to enhance features and automate workflows.
Manage third-party roadmaps and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with tech, ops, compliance, and biz dev for scalable solutions.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to stay innovative.
Prepare presentations for executive leadership and boards on strategy and performance.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
