Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President of Wealth Operations & Supervision to lead tactical operations across Wealth Custody & Clearing. You will supervise across multiple domains, implement fraud controls, and coordinate teams to ensure end‑to‑end execution with strong governance.

You will report to the Head of Operations, drive escalation and remediation, and scale the operating model in a growth environment while maintaining accountability for delivery and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across broker‑dealer, custody, wealth, or advisory operations.
• Experience supervising in a regulated broker‑dealer environment.
• Experience with fraud controls and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical operating agenda across Wealth Custody & Clearing and translate strategy into action.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work across Client Service, Trading, Asset Servicing, Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology.
• Provide supervisory leadership and ensure timely review and escalation of issues.
• Oversee fraud prevention, detection, escalation, investigation, and reporting capabilities.
• Establish and lead management routines for performance, risk, incidents, capacity, and readiness.
• Identify operational, fraud, and regulatory risks and drive remediation with ownership accountability.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high‑risk cross‑functional matters.
• Support functional leaders while preserving ownership and decision rights.
• Lead client implementations, new capabilities, and production readiness for launches.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Internal Audit on examinations and inquiries.
