You will supervise across client service, trading, asset servicing, onboarding, risk and compliance, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory alignment. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a growth environment, scalable controls, and clear escalation to senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience across broker-dealer, custody, wealth management, or advisory operations.
• 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience in a regulated financial-services environment.
• Active securities registrations for supervisory responsibilities; Series 7 and Series 24 preferred; other registrations advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead tactical operating leadership across Wealth Custody & Clearing with coordinated workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Client Service, Trading, Asset Servicing, Client Onboarding, Account Maintenance, Cashiering, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology.
• Provide experienced supervisory leadership across applicable broker-dealer activities with clear ownership and escalation.
• Oversee fraud prevention, detection, escalation, investigation, and reporting across Wealth Custody & Clearing.
• Establish and lead management routines covering performance, risk, incidents, and delivery commitments.
