Qualifications
- 12-15+ years leading consumer digital products with responsibility across product, UX and design.
- Experience building and leading Product, Design, and UX teams, including recruiting and operating models.
- Startup or new-business creation experience required.
- Deep expertise in discovery, UX, prototyping, requirements management.
- Technical and AI fluency to partner with engineering and data teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research and translate insights into product priorities.
- Own end-to-end user experience across channels and design standards.
- Own prioritization, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release objectives.
- Own the user-facing AI experience, including personalization and guardrails.
- Build and lead Product, Design, and UX teams as the company scales.
