Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President of Wealth Operations & Supervision to act as the senior operator across Wealth Custody & Clearing. You will translate business strategy into disciplined day-to-day execution, supervise across multiple domains, and drive cross-functional coordination with risk, compliance, and technology.

This role emphasizes scalable controls and end-to-end delivery in a growth environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience across broker-dealer, custody, wealth management, or advisory operations.
• 5+ years of leadership in a regulated financial-services environment.
• Active securities registrations (Series 7 and Series 24) are strongly preferred; additional registrations are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operating agenda across Wealth Custody & Clearing with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate across Client Service, Trading, Asset Servicing, Client Onboarding, Account Maintenance, Cashiering, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology to manage end-to-end initiatives.
• Provide supervisory leadership across broker-dealer activities with clear ownership and escalation.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology and others to implement scalable fraud prevention and reporting.
• Establish and lead management routines for performance, risk, controls, incidents, capacity, and readiness.
• Identify operational, fraud, and regulatory risks and drive remediation with accountability.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-risk cross-functional matters.
