Job summary

State Street in the United States seeks an Officer to join Wealth Custody and Clearing in Boston to lead strategy and product management for our global wealth custody platform. You will own end-to-end product development, including design, integration, and enhancements, reporting to the MD/VP of Product Management & Strategy.

The role spans onboarding, cash management, transfers, trading, and related services, with opportunities to launch innovative wealth solutions and scale them globally.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of related experience in product management, investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, business analysis, or strategy.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Desire to learn, build, grow, and support a highly complex, global wealth and custody product launch.

Responsibilities

• Support the buildout of new product capabilities including multiple components of the wealth custody and clearing platform, from ideation and design through launch, enhancement, and sunset.
• Negotiate fintech partnerships to expand platform capabilities and accelerate time-to-market.
• Champion the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to enhance product features, automate workflows, and optimize client and advisor experiences.
• Manage third-party product roadmaps, collaborating with external partners to ensure deliverables are aligned, delivered on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and business development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to ensure our platform remains innovative and differentiated.
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership, boards, and external stakeholders on product vision, strategy, and performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability within the product organization.
