Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks a Service Associate to support Investment Services Wealth Advisors by handling calls, scheduling, paperwork processing, and member interactions. You may assist with outbound follow-ups via calls, chats, emails, or texts, ensuring timely, accurate service to strengthen member relationships.

The role requires knowledge of investment products, compliance with FINRA/SEC rules, and the ability to work in-person at the West Jordan, UT office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; education will be verified.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 preferred and encouraged; sponsorship after 3 months.
• 1 year in financial experience, 1 year in customer service, 1 year in investments preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in-person and virtually depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to members, support teams, and third parties to resolve investment questions.
• Perform tasks for advisors and members including scheduling, account servicing, and paperwork handling.
• Coordinate investment trades with Broker Dealer and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC and broker/dealer regulations.
• Assist with advisor calendar management and appointment scheduling.
