Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to meet immediate and unexpected needs by recommending credit union products and services.
• Strong multi-tasking and composure handling member activities and requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assess member needs to improve financial health.
• Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and explain MACU products and services.
• Cross-sell loans and other financial services as appropriate.
• Handle teller duties and travel to other branches as needed.
