Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Service Associate to support Investment Services Wealth Advisors. The role involves answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing tasks, processing paperwork, and maintaining member interactions with accuracy and regulatory awareness.

You will assist with outbound follow-ups via calls, chats, emails, and texts, while staying informed on investment products and broker/dealer expectations. Office-based in West Jordan, UT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field from an accredited institution.
• OR accepted into an accredited program with expected graduation within 18 months.
• SIE, Life Insurance, Series 7, and Series 66 preferred; sponsorship after 3 months.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year in related financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors by handling calls, scheduling appointments, and managing CRM interactions.
• Process investment-related paperwork and ensure accuracy for education and servicing.
• Support with transfers, distributions, and trade-related tasks as directed.
• Coordinate communications with third parties and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Record interactions and maintain knowledge of investment products and regulations.
