Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Management / Product Owner Support Associate to partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams. You will help define requirements, manage backlogs, support testing, and facilitate collaboration across teams to enhance advisor and client experiences.

You will build product management expertise while contributing to Wealth Management initiatives and delivering meaningful outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interest in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Investments platform development.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support product roadmaps, priorities, and business objectives with Product Owners.
• Refine backlogs to align with goals and user needs.
• Document and clarify business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in delivering product initiatives with business and technology teams.
• Coordinate planning, prioritization, and reviews to move enhancements from concept to implementation.
• Support UAT by coordinating activities and tracking resolutions.
• Capture decisions and action items; prepare status updates for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and user experiences.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on learning and delivering results.
