Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to support roadmaps, priorities, and objectives.
• Assist in refining product backlogs to align with business goals and user needs.
• Gather, document, and clarify requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support delivery of product initiatives with business and technology teams.
• Participate in planning, prioritization, and reviews for enhancements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and track resolutions.
• Prepare status updates and materials for leadership audiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and user experiences.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on learning and success.
