Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate - Product Owner within the Asset Wealth Management product team. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and ensure the development team delivers value to the business and customers.

As the primary liaison between stakeholders and developers, you translate requirements into actionable tasks, participate in sprint rituals, and iterate based on feedback to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
• Gather, prioritize, and refine requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and users.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure the team understands requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to deliver high-quality products.
• Make decisions regarding product features, enhancements, and releases based on business value and customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product meets user expectations and delivers value.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing feedback and clarifications as needed.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to improve outcomes.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
