Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to support roadmaps, priorities, and objectives.
• Refine product backlogs to align with goals and user needs.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support delivery of product initiatives with business and technology teams.
• Participate in planning, prioritization, and review activities for enhancements.
• Coordinate UAT testing activities and track issue resolution.
• Capture decisions and actions during meetings and share updates.
• Prepare status updates and presentations for leadership audiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and user experiences.
• Foster a collaborative, learning-focused team culture.
