Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to support roadmaps, priorities, and business objectives.
• Refine product backlogs to align with goals and user needs.
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support successful delivery of product initiatives with business and tech teams.
• Participate in planning, prioritization, and reviews from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and track results.
• Capture decisions and action items; align stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and materials for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and user experiences.
• Foster a collaborative, learning-focused team culture.
