Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Platforms team is seeking a Vice President to serve as PMO program manager in Purchase, NY. You will coordinate across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls and business lines to drive disciplined execution, manage scope, budgets, and governance across a multi-channel platform portfolio.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with 5+ years in financial services or consulting.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for WM Platforms initiatives with integrated plans and milestones.
• Partner with Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls, Legal, Compliance and business channels.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with executive-ready progress views.
• Drive delivery rigor by coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving blockers.
• Embed controls and approvals across the delivery lifecycle with Risk and Compliance.
• Manage delivery readiness across testing, release planning and launches.
• Serve as point person for ad-hoc requests and escalate as needed with partners.
• Maintain centralized documentation and artifacts for auditability and transparency.
