Own vendor relationships, cadence meetings, issue resolution, extensions/conversions.
Support sourcing and contracting workflows for professional services.
Maintain forecasts and provide financial oversight (P&L, variance, accruals).
Prepare materials for leadership expense reviews and new business proposals.
Process and approve invoices/requests using internal tools.
Provide prioritized support for time-sensitive initiatives and ad hoc reporting.
