Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree is required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, wealth management, and/or consulting with a focus on project/program management, product management, and/or technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform data analysis in Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint (and Project where applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for WM Platforms initiatives with integrated plans and milestones.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls, Legal, Compliance and business channels to align scope and priorities.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with executive-ready views of progress, risks and decisions.
  • Drive delivery rigor by coordinating cross-functional teams and escalating blockers.
  • Ensure controls and approvals are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle with Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Oversee testing strategy, release planning, and launch activities with stakeholders.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and issue mitigation with cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain organized delivery artifacts for auditability and transparency.
