Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a detail-oriented Vice President to manage and deliver WM Platforms initiatives within the PMO. You will coordinate with Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls and business channels to drive disciplined execution and transparent reporting.

Ideally you have a BS/BA and 5+ years in financial services, wealth management, or consulting, with strong Excel and senior stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; 5+ years in financial services or related fields.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint (and Project where applicable) for executive-ready reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for WM Platforms initiatives.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls, Legal, Compliance and business channels.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive-ready progress reports.
