Job summary

You will process account openings and maintenance, handle mail, review documentation for accuracy, and interact with field advisors and clients. Training leads to broader exposure in investment products and more complex inquiries; in-office with occasional WFH after training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bank/financial services customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment with strong time management.
• Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make independent decisions.
• Interest in Wealth Management and Investment Products.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process account opening and maintenance functions.
• Handle incoming returned mail.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure timely resolution of requests and inquiries, including phone contact.
• Reach out to field advisors and clients for clarifications as needed.
• Gain knowledge of Wealth Management products to handle inquiries with increasing complexity.
