First Citizens Bank is seeking an Operations Support role within the Wealth team to assist financial planning associates and clients with daily operational tasks and service inquiries. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to bank policies.

You will handle client calls for operational inquiries, ensure proper documentation, and support daily workflow in a collaborative environment with advisors and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 0–2 years in Financial Services or Brokerage industry.
• Must have or obtain within 180 days all required licenses: Series 7, Series 63 & 65 or 66 and state licenses for life, health, and long term care insurance.
• Experience supporting client and advisor relationships in financial brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: address client service questions, resolve issues, and update parties on progress.
• Account Servicing: create and maintain client accounts, input money movement requests and records.
• Documentation: file and maintain forms, assist with compliance files and information gathering.
• Collaboration: work with colleagues, management, clients, and business teams to meet deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Financial Services or Brokerage industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Financial Services or Brokerage industry
