Job summary

Trustmark National Bank is seeking a Private Wealth Specialist I/II to support the Private Wealth department by ensuring data integrity across accounts and assisting with meeting preparations and client materials.

The role requires strong client service, excellent communication, and the ability to work with the SEI Wealth Platform to support executives and advisors in opening, modifying, and closing accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED with significant financial services/administrative experience, or an associate/college degree with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of business and administrative processes; detail oriented with time management.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency with PC applications and ability to generate/report information.
• Completion of SEI PLATO training and development of expertise in transactional, research, or account-type areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity on assigned accounts and enter transactional data.
• Support Private Wealth Advisors in meeting prep and materials development for compliance approval.
• Assist in opening/closing accounts and processing transactions.
• Communicate via phone and email; coordinate with executives and advisors.
• Develop training materials and desk guides for SEI Wealth Platform expertise.
• Adhere to desk guides and procedures across Private Wealth operations.
• Analyze and correct account/client settings in SWP; coordinate with Private Wealth Executive team.
• Perform administrative duties for chartered committees and working groups; compile data and minutes.
