Job summary

Trustmark National Bank is seeking a Private Wealth Specialist I/II to support the Private Wealth department by ensuring data integrity in accounts and transactions. The role collaborates with advisors and other departments to prepare client materials and facilitate account administration.

The position offers opportunity to develop expertise in SEI Wealth Platform and may require handling chartered committee tasks, with responsibilities expanding at Level II.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least eight years of financial service or administrative experience.
• An associate's degree with at least six years of financial services or administrative experience.
• Four year college degree with at least two years of financial service or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity on assigned accounts (250 to 400 accounts).
• Support Private Wealth Advisors in preparing client/prospect materials for compliance.
• Assist in opening/closing accounts and all transactions.
• Develop training materials for SEI Wealth Platform expertise.
• Coordinate with Private Wealth Executive team for account settings.
