Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of business and administrative processes.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills; capable of handling minimum level of assigned accounts and assets under administration.
• Propensity to achieve high client service levels.
• Interpersonal and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• PC, PC applications, and computer-based information reporting skills.
• Must complete SEI PLATO training and develop area of subject matter expertise.
• Experience with SEI Wealth Platform preferred.
• Experience within a wealth management firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity on assigned accounts (250 to 400 accounts) and enter transactional data.
• Support Private Wealth Advisors in preparation of client/prospect materials for compliance approval.
• Assist in opening/closing accounts and processing transactions.
• Communicate via phone and/or email.
• Develop training materials and desk guides for SEI Wealth Platform expertise.
• Follow desk guides and procedures for Private Wealth and Tailored Wealth Operations.
• Analyze and correct account/client settings on SWP in coordination with Private Wealth Executive team.
• Administer chartered committees/working groups (data reporting, minutes, records).
• Support projects or special operational events for the Private Wealth division.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Level II: Transaction approval up to $50,000 depending on experience.
