Job summary

Trustmark Bank seeks a Private Wealth Specialist I/II to support the Private Wealth department by ensuring data integrity in accounts and transactions, and by collaborating with other areas to administer accounts effectively.

The role develops subject matter expertise within the SEI Wealth Platform—transactional, research, and/or account type—and may chair or staff a chartered committee's administrative needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with substantial financial services/administrative experience.
• Associate degree with significant financial services/administrative experience.
• Four year college degree with financial service/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity on assigned accounts and enter transactional data per documentation.
• Support Private Wealth Advisors in preparing client/prospect materials for compliance approval.
• Assist in opening/closing accounts and processing transactions accurately and timely.
• Communicate with clients via phone or email as needed.
• Create training materials and desk guides for SEI Wealth Platform expertise.
• Adhere to desk guides and procedures in Private Wealth and Tailored Wealth Operations.
• Analyze and correct account/client settings on SWP in coordination with Private Wealth Exec team.
• Prepare administrative materials for chartered committees/working groups, including data aggregation and minutes.
• Support projects or special events for the unit/Private Wealth division.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
