Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking a Private Wealth Specialist I or II to support the Private Wealth Department by ensuring data integrity across accounts and transactions and by developing subject matter expertise within the SEI Wealth Platform.

You will assist Private Wealth Executives and Advisors with opening/closing accounts, prepare client materials, manage committee reporting, and create training guides while following desk guides and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with financial services/administrative experience or related education.
• Associate degree with relevant experience or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant financial services experience.
• General knowledge of business and administrative processes.
• Excellent client communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity on assigned accounts (250–400).
• Assist in preparation of client and prospect materials for meetings.
• Support opening/closing of accounts and related transactions.
• Communicate via phone and/or email.
• Develop training materials and guides for SEI Wealth Platform expertise.
• Follow desk guides and procedures in Private Wealth operations.
• Coordinate with Private Wealth Executive team on account settings and coding.
• Administer committee/working group data, minutes, and reporting.
• Support projects or events as needed.
