Job summary

Trustmark National Bank is seeking a Private Wealth Specialist I/II to support the Private Wealth department by ensuring data integrity in accounts and transactions across multiple locations. You will work with Private Wealth Advisors and Executives to prepare client materials, open/close accounts, and coordinate with compliance.

The role requires building expertise in the SEI Wealth Platform and contributing to committee activities, with room to grow from Level I to Level II responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a general knowledge of business and administrative processes.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills; capable of handling a minimum level of assigned accounts, account complexity and assets under administration.
• Propensity to achieve high client service levels.
• Coworker interpersonal and interdepartmental collaboration skills.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• PC, PC application, and computer-based information reporting skills.
• Must complete SEI PLATO training and develop one area of subject matter expertise.
• Experience with the SEI Wealth Platform and wealth management firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity on assigned accounts (250 to 400 accounts) and enter transactional data.
• Support Private Wealth Advisors in preparation of client and prospect meetings and materials (compliance approved).
• Assist Private Wealth Executives and Advisors in opening/closing accounts and all transactions.
• Communicate via phone and/or email.
• Develop training materials and desk guides for SEI Wealth Platform expertise.
• Follow desk guides and procedures in Private Wealth and Tailored Wealth Operations.
• Analyze and correct account settings and coding on SWP in coordination with Executive team.
• Perform administrative duties for chartered committees and working groups, including data aggregation, reporting, minutes, and records.
• Support the organization unit and Private Wealth division on projects or events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
