Job summary

Trustmark National Bank seeks a Private Wealth Specialist I/II to support the Private Wealth department through data integrity in accounts, transactions, and cross-department collaboration within the SEI Wealth Platform. This role may focus on transactional, research, or account-type expertise.

Responsibilities include assisting advisors with client materials, ensuring timely account actions, and coordinating committee administrative needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years in financial services or admin experience (or equivalent).
• Associate's degree with 6+ years in financial services or admin experience.
• Four-year degree with 2+ years in financial services or admin experience.
• General knowledge of business and administrative processes.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and ability to handle assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity on assigned accounts (250–400) and enter transactional data.
• Support Private Wealth Advisors in preparing client/prospect materials for compliance approval.
• Assist in opening/closing accounts and processing transactions.
• Communicate via phone or email.
• Develop training materials for SEI Wealth Platform areas.
• Follow desk guides and procedures in Private Wealth and Tailored Wealth Operations.
• Analyze and correct account/client settings on SWP in coordination with Private Wealth Executive team.
• Coordinate committee/workgroup administrative duties, data aggregation, and reporting.
