The director will define the wealth planning delivery model and pursue scalable, profitable business opportunities, collaborating with Wealth leadership to enhance client experience and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years Wealth Management sales/service or Graduate Degree plus 10 years Wealth Management sales/service.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain, lead and develop team of associates to promote productivity and align with strategic goals.
• Develop and execute a growth plan to grow Wealth Management AUM and provide comprehensive Wealth services.
• Achieve market sales and revenue goals by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Lead the development of Wealth messaging and sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Wealth Advisory team to support growth and client service.
• Oversee the Advisory team to meet service targets and referrals, COI development, and activity metrics.
• Ensure pricing discipline and profitability on fiduciary client relationships with BU managers.
• Maintain visibility within the company to educate and grow brand awareness with professionalism.

Education
