Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business field with 12+ years in Wealth Management sales and service; or graduate degree with 10+ years.
• Proven track record of excellence in sales production and/or management within a wealth management business.
• Sound judgment and ability to make decisions and guide others to fulfill decision requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and interdepartmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
• Commitment to integrity, fiduciary responsibility, and client-first service.
• Propensity to achieve high client service levels.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain, lead and develop team of associates to promote maximum productivity, engagement, and overall contribution to strategic organizational goals.
• Develop and execute a growth plan that is scalable to grow Wealth Management AUM and provide comprehensive Wealth services.
• Accountable for market sales and revenue goals through new client acquisition and existing client retention.
• Lead the development of the Wealth message and sales strategies to grow Wealth revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Wealth Advisory team.
• Oversee the Advisory team to meet service and activity targets beyond new business, including referrals and COI development.
• Ensure pricing discipline and profitability on fiduciary relationships with leadership on new opportunities.
• Maintain high visibility within the company to educate and build brand awareness with professionalism and integrity.
• Serve on Wealth committees.
• Associates are expected to perform all additional duties as assigned.
