JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Market Director of Wealth Management to lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience across Houston markets. You will drive talent strategy, recruit top Advisor talent, and partner with Branch Management and Lending teams for integrated solutions.

The role requires a customer-obsessed mindset, strong investment knowledge, and a proven coaching track record. Travel up to 50% and FINRA licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience preferred, with a proven track record of coaching high-performing Advisor teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid and active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) required.
• Valid and active FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required and to be obtained/retained within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services knowledge and keen interest in financial markets.
• Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and commitment to risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors and serve a wide range of clients.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and develop performance strategies.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide integrated client solutions.
• Influence technology adoption to meet current and future customer needs; promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory, and operational duties for the territory.
