Qualifications

• Four-year college degree is required or equivalent.
• 7+ years wealth management/financial advisory experience expected.
• CFP, CFA, CPA, CTFA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in a designated market and lead the local Wealth Advisory team to meet revenue targets.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to promote growth and service excellence.
• Oversee delivery of wealth management services aligned with client engagements and company standards.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to deepen client relationships and wallet share.
